Milí majitelé routerů Turris,

Dobrý den, dnes, když jsem se večer vrátil domů, zjistil jsem nemilé překvapení, nefunguje internet. Elektřina nevypadla, soubor root.key jsem zkontroloval a vložil původní hodnotu (. IN DS 19036 8 2 49AAC11D7B6F6446702E54A1607371607A1A41855200FD2CE1CDDE32F24E8FB5), což zřejmě nebylo nutné, protože soubor nebyl prázdný, ale neobsahoval tento "kód". Tak jsem si naivně myslel, že se tím problém vyřeší a restartoval jsem router. Ovšem internet pořád nefunguje a jestli je chyba na straně ISP zjistím bohužel až v pondělí :sad:. Problém dočasně řeším nastavením Google DNS serverů na konc. zařízeních. Ještě podotknu, že ping na DNS jak Googlu, tak ISP funguje normálně. Prosím o správné nasměrování, jak problém vyřešit, nebo zda je chyba u mě nebo ISP :confused:. Předem děkuji.

Tak jsem hledal na fóru a přikládám ještě výstup z příkazu unbound-host -Ddd . Snad lze z toho něco zjistit, ačkoliv tam není žádný error. Možná je chyba u providera, ale to zjistím až zítra.

Tak jsem jen tak na zkoušku připojil a nastavil starý router (nějaký tp-link) a internet funguje bez problémů )ano, vím že nepoužívá DNSSEC). Přitom, když připojím zpět Turris, vše se vrátí do "normálu". V diagnostice ve Forisu je chyba v DNS, ale DNSSEC neoznačí jako chybu. Přitom na starém tp-linku DNS funguje normálně. Jediné, co mi napadá je, že DNS servery ISP nějak "kazí" ověření DNSSEC. Zítra volám ISP, ale pokud mi řeknou, že nic neměnili, tak mě asi čeká obnovení Turrisu do původního nastavení, proto bych vás chtěl ještě jednou poprosit o jakékoliv rady a návrhy, co by to mohlo způsobovat. Už si nevím rady a přibývají mi % neodeslaných dat a nevím jak to opravit.
Snad se najde někdo, kdo si ví rady.

Zkoušel jste v administračním rozhraní Forisu - vypnout/zapnout DNS forwarding?

Zkuste ještě dát Turrise jako switch (což je v rozporu se smlouvou) zapojte prvně TP-Link a kabel z něho dejte do LAN (nikoliv do WAN) ale uvidíme, zda to bude fungovat/nefungovat.

Tím switchem máte na mysli odstranit rozhraní WAN v LuCI a připojit eth2 do LAN, nebo pouze vypnout DHCP? :confused: oh.. nevšiml jsem si editu, jdu to vyzkoušet

Tím zapojením jsem vyřadil internet kompletně z provozu... A router jsem restartoval příkazem reboot. Doufám, že to nemá vliv na funkci, protože tak router restartuji vždy. :eek:

To je zvláštní. Zapojení prvně TP-Link z něj z LAN do Turrise do LAN. Počítač připojíte také do LAN a nejde to?

Případně zkuste ještě ten unbound restart / service unbound restart teď si nejsem jistý, který Vám bude fungovat, zda to pomůže.
Vypadá to podle logu, že za to může ten root.key , ale tím bych si byl jistý až po zapojení ve switchi

takže v zapojení: kabel z antény od ISP -> TP-Link WAN ... TP-Link LAN -> Turris LAN ... Turris LAN -> PC. Internet prostě nefunguje ani s 8.8.8.8, ani s auto získaváním, zkoušel jsem několik kabelů, ale command unbound restart i service unbound restart vždy vypsaly toto:

Přicházím s polovičním úspěchem... Po restartu unboundu jsem normálně otevřel prohlížeč, otevřel jednu stránku, která se otevřela, ale extrémně pomalu (bez některých obrázků), ale u ostatních už jsem takové štěstí neměl... Sice nepsalo problém s DNS, ale vypršení časového limitu a další stránka napsala DNS_PROBE_FINISHED_NO_INTERNET, klasika... :sad:

Zdravím, takže přicházím s novinou, a to, že vše opět funguje. Turris celou noc restartoval unbound a ucollect... Dnes jsem volal ISP a zjistil jsem, že měli síť napadenou malwarem, což zřejmě způsobilo problém s DNS, resp. s DNSSEC... Také soubor root.key se přepsal. Ale i tak děkuji za vaší snahu pomoci mi. :smile:

Zdravím, mám stejný problém. Zničeho nic mi přestalo fungovat připojení k internetu. Zkusil jsem vypnout / zapnout forwardování, restart routeru, ale bez úspěchu.
Soubor root.key. taktéž není prázdný:
